Hassle Free Servicing
Servicing your warthog parts washer is easy. It’s as simple as contacting our service department when your machine has stopped cleaning at its best and one of our experienced service team will come to you.
Downtime
Downtime is minimal with an average service taking between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your machnie ½ – 1 hour depending on the size of your machine.
Process
- Our service truck will need to gain relatively close access to your machine. This may involve wheeling your machine to an outside/driveway area. The used Enviroclean solvent is then pumped to the service truck.
- Your machine will then be cleaned and all working parts will be checked and replaced if required.
- New Enviroclean solvent is then added to your machine and it’s returned to it’s original workshop position where it’s ready to begin cleaning parts again.
- The used Enviroclean solvent from your machine is removed, along with the sludge, then returned to our warehouse for recycling.
Safety
All Enviroclean service representatives have undergone training for emergencies and spills by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Post-service recycling
Enviroclean is unique in the way we can recycle used solvent via a distilling process, leaving little to no waste. This enables us to keep our service costs to you low as we mix the recycled solvent and new solvent together for future services.
Enviroclean prides itself in the fact that the by-product of our recycling process is minimal and disposed of by an EPA approved controlled waste company.
